      • General

      • For our offers and services the following conditions apply. Changes to these conditions require written confirmation to be valid. Our conditions also apply if the client refers to his own terms and conditions of business, in particular when placing the order, unless the changes have been explicitly accepted in written form.
      • Payment & booking confirmation

      • Payment by bank transfer is not to be considered complete until the claimed amount is credited and finalized on our bank account. We are generally entitled to claim 100% of the booked arrangement as a prepayment upon the placement of the order. If the client does not meet his payment obligations, or if he ceases to make his payments, Esprit Quartett is entitled to the immediate withdrawal from the contract without prior notice.

      • Covid-19 Cancellation policy

        For cancellations mandated by the Government due to COVID-19  we will issue you with a voucher for an equivalent performance with the same playing and presence time, which can be redeemed within 2 years.

        In all other circumstances, our usual cancellation policy applies (see below).

        Please get in contact as soon as possible if there are any other unforeseen coronavirus concerns regarding your booking.

      • Cancellation Policy

      • Full payment – minus a cancellation fee of CHF 150 – will be refunded up to 30 days before each event. In the case of cancellation after this time, 50% of the total amount must be paid. Cancellations within 48 hours of your event are non-refundable.
      • Quotes and Finalisation

      • All our quotes are non-binding. A contract becomes only effective when Esprit Quartett sends a written confirmation of the order to the client. Verbal agreements need to be put into writing to be valid.
      • Prices

      • All prices mentioned in offers and booking confirmations are exempt from VAT.
      • Overtime

      • It is possible to extend the previously agreed attendance and playing time. However, there is no guarantee that our musicians will be able to stay at the venue for unexpected overtime. If a longer attendance or playing time is desired, there is a processing fee of 200 SFr. Each musician will be charged 50 SFr. for every quarter hour or part thereof.
      • Arrival time

      • The musicians will arrive at least 30 minutes before the event.
      • Catering

      • The organiser provides the musicians with food and drinks free of charge.
      • Included Services

        • Reservation of the date as well as the presence time.
        • The necessary rehearsals required for the performance.
        • Administration and consultation.
        • Providing and arranging the required musical scores, if they are pieces from our own repertoire. When it comes to pieces beyond our repertoire, the reimbursement for the acquisition is to be agreed upon separately.
